This significant well-researched article clearly demonstrates the fact that even so-called ‘conservative’ Bible scholars agree with Muslims, at least partially, that the authenticity of the New Testament is not as modern-day evangelicals claim it to be.  During my debates, whether written or spoken, with evangelists in the past few years some of them became quite outraged at my repeating this fact that has been known to mankind since the Bible was written by anonymous men in ancient times.  I am not sure why they get angry, especially since they have no clue who wrote most of these books or in what time frame, original language, who gave them authority to write what they wrote, who their witnesses were, what happened to the original copies of these books, and so forth.  They do not have a single chain of narration leading to anything collected in the Bible.  The books contained in the Bible also have horrific contradictions between them.  Therefore, why should they get angry at me or at other Muslims and the many Christians who doubt the authenticity of the Bible based on indisputable facts no one can possibly deny?  Read this article Inshaallah, it has good information for those who seek the truth.
